Why Ashish Dikshit is a huge inspiration

Today’s age and day is extremely competitive. It takes a lot for someone to manage a huge company. It takes a lot of inner confidence, patience and long term planning. Without this passion and perseverance, it is impossible to achieve the goals that people set out to achieve. This is why it is an extremely important and responsible role for a person to be the managing director of a company. In fact, it is as good as being the captain of a ship where the person is responsible for keeping the ship afloat.

As mentioned above, the role of a managing director is extremely important in a company. He or she is someone who is full of qualities that are needed to run the entire show. He or she is someone who needs to make sure that the company is heading in a positive direction. The MD has to have a lot of experience under his or her belt to be able to execute the tasks assigned to him or her. With the amount of freedom that comes with calling the shots, also comes a huge amount of responsibility.

The aforementioned qualities are seen in Mr. Ashish Dikshit who is the Managing Director of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited. He has made sure that ABFRL is doing well by studying the markets and changing the internal environments. He has also resolved to make sure that ABFRL does good business without harming the environment. With almost two and a half decades of work experience in the field of sales, sourcing, supply chain and brand management, Mr. Ashish Dikshit has risen to where he is today.

Mr. Ashish Dikshit has studied in prestigious institutes like IIT Madras and IIM Bangalore. Not only does he have the brains but he also has the application skills to lead a company like ABFRL. In fact, his skills and knowledge were awarded when he was presented with the ‘Outstanding Leader Award’ by the Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group in 2011.

He truly is an inspiration for many people within ABFRL and outside it as well.
