Vishak Kumar – The super CEO!

They also have to be realistic about the decisions they take and not live in a dreamy world of optimism with regards to any business decisions undertaken by them. This is why one of the main qualities of a CEO is to be able to take calculated risks which are not detrimental to the growth of the company.

The aforementioned reasons were why Mr. Vishak Kumar was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, which is a business unit of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. Earlier, Mr Vishak Kumar was the CEO of the Hypermarket & Supermarket chains of Aditya Birla Retail Ltd. He studied at BIT Ranchi, went to IIM Bangalore and started off as a management trainee in the year 1995. Post this, he became the COO of Louis Philippe at Madura Fashion and Lifestyle and has today reached his current position because of his hard work, commitment and enthusiasm.

This is why Mr. Vishak Kumar is an inspiration for many.
